What are Unclaimed Assets?
Millions of dollars that are being held by national and local governments go unclaimed every year. Most people are unaware that they have unclaimed assets just waiting to be claimed by them. The unclaimed assets that we assist to reclaim is money that many State, Federal, and Municipal courts across the country are holding that are owed to private individuals. There is a short amount of time for individuals to claim their assets from the government before they are permanently turned over to the government agency holding the assets to be used as a source of revenue. Because some claimants pass away before they are aware of their claim the deceased relatives unclaimed assets can go to their next of kin.

Why Haven't I Been Notified Before Now?
The law only requires that notification of available assets be sent to the last known address of the claimant. There are no diligent searches required to find the owners of the assets. There are a number of reasons that proper notification did not reach the claimant such as a name change, change of address with no forwarding address, or incomplete information on the claimant.


How Do I Claim These Assets?
Fortunately for our claimants this is the easy part. If we have already contacted you then you have been identified as the owner of unclaimed assets waiting for you. We step in and do all the heavy lifting for you. We research the claim and take upon all legal fees including any attorney and court fees. You will never be billed any expenses associated with securing the unclaimed asset. All that is required from you is to give us written permission to work on your behalf.
How Long is the Process?
Every claim is unique and payment of the claim depends on the type of asset recovered. Some payments can be received in a matter of a few weeks while others may take a few months. The process can take an average of 60 – 90 days. Once the claim is initiated a more accurate time frame can be established.
